2.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or incorrect pricing.

3. Product Information
3.1. We sell live plants. Each plant is unique. Variations in size, shape, leaf structure, or coloration are natural characteristics and do not constitute defects.

3.2. Product photos are representative examples. The plant you receive may differ slightly from the images shown.

3.3. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error free or complete.

4. Pricing and Payment
4.1. All prices are listed in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.2. Prices may change without prior notice.

4.3. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4.4. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or technical issues.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Orders are shipped at the beginning of the week, typically on Monday or Tuesday. This reduces the time plants spend in transit and minimizes weekend delays.

5.2. During extreme weather conditions such as frost or heatwaves, we may postpone shipping to protect plant health. We will inform you if this occurs.

5.3. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

5.4. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

5.5. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect address details.

6. Returns and Complaints
6.1. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are not accepted.

6.2. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

6.4. If we determine that the issue is caused by our error or transport damage, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6.5. Complaints submitted after 24 hours from confirmed delivery cannot be processed.

6.6. Minor cosmetic imperfections or natural variations do not qualify as damage.

7. Care Responsibility
7.1. After delivery, proper plant care becomes the responsibility of the customer.

7.2. We are not liable for plant deterioration caused by improper care, repotting, environmental changes, or neglect after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of The Special Jungle unless stated otherwise.

8.2. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Privacy
9.1. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Dutch and EU data protection laws.
